"Do Information technology All Over Again" is the debut single by British pop singer Elyar Fob. The song was released in the Great britain as a digital download on 10 January 2014 as the atomic number 82 unmarried from his debut studio album.
Music video [edit]
A music video to accompany the release of "Practice It All Over again" was commencement released onto YouTube on ten December 2013 at a total length of three minutes and 30-three seconds.[2] The video shows Elyar performing the rail in a massive aircraft hangar, while fans upload videos of themselves to YouTube dancing to the song. It references his own journey from performing covers on YouTube from his bedroom to filming a major label music video.[iii]
Background [edit]
Talking to Digital Spy nearly the premiere of his song he said, "I was a little bit nervous, Obviously I was confident most it considering I like the song considering I wrote information technology, but I was like, 'What is anybody going to recollect?'". Talking about the vocal he said, "Information technology'southward popular with a bit of the club element, just information technology still has guitars in as that's my roots. The residual of the album has different sides to information technology equally such. At that place's an acoustic reggae side and then there's a slightly edgier rock side to it."[3]
Critical reception [edit]
Alexandra Pattinson of Fortitude Mag gave the vocal a positive review:
"A bouncing bassline and innocent pop vocals are the main focus of the rails but in that location is a strong beat backside information technology provided past synths and electronics. 'Exercise It All Over Once again' is a great catchy popular rail that will no incertitude be the outset large club smash of next year. Robert Copsey of Digital Spy gave the vocal a negative review stating:
"18-year-old rising star Elyar Pull a fast one on has been on our radar for quite some time now, but if we're honest, nosotros're not entirely certain about his prospects as 2013'due south breakout act. It could exist because there are already plenty of other above-average male artists already dominating the charts, or perchance it's considering he's yet another new artist to be discovered via the medium of YouTube; a backstory that feels a piffling too '2012' for our liking. Then once more, based on his debut single, information technology could exist his ceaseless over-eagerness to nowadays himself as the perfect popular packet. Between its clichéd lyrics ("Let'south get to a identify nosotros've never been earlier/ I wanna see it all"), the slick but dated electro whirring production and toe-curling music video that charts his ascent from bedroom vocalizer to selfie-obsessed popstar, 'Practise It All Once again' is the last thing nosotros desire to do at the showtime of 2014."
